Rub on the soft parts of your flesh, underneath your arms, and on your inner thighs. Also great as a lip balm. Rub a small amount in the area for relief. Contains: Wild Yam infused oil, Cocoa butter, Vitamin E Oil

Please be advised that during the summer months, the salve/cream/balm can melt due to high temperatures. I do my very best to wrap the salve/cream/balm in a plastic bag and bubble wrap. If you receive your salve/cream/balm during the summer months, please place it in the refrigerator right side up (arrows located on the outside of the box) and let it chill for a few hours. The salve will be fine once it has hardened. Thank you for understanding. Annie
